Refund & Return Policy for SkinCin

We at SkinCin strive to provide the highest quality skincare products. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only possible if the wrong product was delivered.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing info@skincin.com.
