1. Overview

At SkinCin, we’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials quickly and safely. We work with trusted courier partners across India to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier details.

  • In rare cases, order processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume or supply delays — we’ll notify you promptly if that happens.

3. Shipping Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or festivals).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders .

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee (as displayed at checkout) will apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹10 handling fee.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your registered email or phone number once the order is dispatched.

6. Order Delays or Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receiving a damaged parcel.

  • Share your order ID and, if applicable, photos/unboxing video for quick resolution.
    We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue or send a replacement (as per our Return Policy).

7. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India through our logistics partners.
International shipping is Also available you need to Pay extra shipping charge for International Order.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate.
SkinCin will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
